Taste of the World Half Day Cookery Classes Hertfordshire. This is the perfect present for family and friends who love cooking or those who want to learn. Enjoy a half day cookery class at the Cooking Academy. Choose from one of the cookery classes available:

A Taste of Italy | Thai | India  | Vegetarian| Baking | Middle Eastern | Deserts | Improve your Knife Skills.

Please advise at the time of booking which class you would like to attend. If you are unsure of which class to choose, the experienced team of foodies are always on hand to walk you through the huge range of cooking classes they offer. The half day classes run throughout the year, Monday to Saturday, opening times: 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm.

• Cookery classes must be attended by expiry date
• Vouchers will be deemed invalid if it is out of date (the expiry date is stated on each voucher).

You’ll learn to cook a wide range of exciting dishes using fresh easy-to-buy ingredients with great nutritional value. You’ll discover the many medicinal benefits of herbs and spices.
