LGE offer extraordinary and gift experiences at locations around the country and into Europe. We want you to have a memory that lasts a lifetime.

We ask that experiences are booked within 6 months of their purchase and choose a date any time within 1 year of purchase. Please check the date of the booking and the redeem by date.

Yes, for an extra touch of luxury add a gift box for £7.99 or £9.99 including p&p at the checkout.

We work with several charities to provide experiences for fundraising. Please email our office team to let us know what you’re looking for, your charity number and the cause and we will try to help where we can.

Where possible we offer discounts on group bookings for 10+ people, however we are unable to offer this on all experiences. If you have a special request for a group booking please email our office team.

Luxury Gift Experience is happy to refund any unused vouchers bought directly from us within 14 days of the date of purchase. The refund will be less a gift box and postage if applicable.

Once dates have been redeemed on the LGE website, the sale then belongs to the experience provider and any refunds will be subject to their cancellation policy.

Refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and any refund will be credited to the cardholder of the experience was bought with.

You are able to cancel and possibly reschedule an experience once it has been  redeemed booked with the provider. This must be done direct with experience provider and check their terms and conditions at time of booking with them.  We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but is ultimately at the discretion of our partners.
