Polo experience days are a great way to spend time with your friends and family. A unique gift where you will erb way to get an idea of what polo is all about, and is suitable for beginners or for those wanting to refresh themselves with the techniques of Polo riding. Most people who try Polo have never ridden before.
??br />??o experience necessary & spectators are very welcome. Your experience day is exclusive to you and your requirements. All the polo experience days are lead by pro polo instructors, that teach all year round, all over the world.
Example Experience Polo Day:
- Welcome arrival
- ??olo demonstration (by professional players)
- ??olo riding instruction
- ??wing instruction on the wooden horse
- ?? fully catered lunch, at our partner restaurant, the Chester Fields.
- Finish up with stick and ball on the polo ponies (putting it all together).
- Chukkas (play in a game against each other)
- ??hotos taken throughout your day ??For a small additional fee a professional photographer can be arranged for the day)

- Polo is a HIGH RISK sport.
- All of the horses used are licenced, insured, riding school polo ponies.

Polo Academy at Swinford Stables, licensed riding school, is a purpose built polo facility offering polo lessons, polo experience days and exhibition polo matches around the UK.
All participants will have their lesson broken down into polo riding, polo swing instruction and combining the horse stick and ball. All polo lessons are private, unless you wish to bring your own group of friends to simply watch or participate. .
It is possible to have a group lesson if you want to bring some friends along just for an hour. The polo academy was set up to teach absolute beginners up to professional level riders to have a one-off go for fun or pursue polo as a hobby or career. Majority of clients have never ridden before so don’t worry if you are among them. The horses are suitable for all ages and abilities. Riding helmets and equipment can be provided to those who need it.
