Description
Brush lettering Calligraphy workshops are available in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hove and are perfect for beginners, you don’t need to have any prior experience to learn! By the end of the class you will have developed your own lettering style and have a kit to take home and keep practicing. You will never have to buy a greeting card again and as you can create your own cards and prints with the provided tools and a little bit of practice. Turn your writing into a wonderful art.
All tools are included and for you to keep – during this beginners workshop you will practise strokes and letters using the alphabet worksheets, with three different pens. The expert is on hand to guide you as you create your own set of prints and cards.
By the end you will have learned the basics of brush lettering and take home a kit of materials. This is a perfect class for beginners.

Alina is a hand lettering artist, living in a beautiful seaside town – Brighton. She fell in love with calligraphy as soon as she started practising it. Laying the words on paper allowed her to have a break from the outside word and focus on her dreams… Alina states “I’m a dreamer, Adventure seeker and coffee lover. I love travelling, good food and I bake some amazing cakes – occasionally. I believe in good things, and that with a positive attitude and hard work, everybody can achieve their wildest dreams.” Every design is lettered on paper with a brush pen and ink. I do minimal digital editing to keep the ‘precious flaws’ of the work. I believe in simplicity and clean artwork, that would look great on the wall in your home, design studio and ready to give as a gift. Alina creates with purpose to make you feel inspired!
