All of cheeses are handmade in Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide the milk, many of whom are looked after by extended family. The goat's milk comes from just down the road. We believe Lancashire and the surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of the cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of the wonderful team of cheesemakers.
