Paddle boarding is becoming more and more popular and, if you want to experience it amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in the country, then this introduction to paddle boarding in the Lake District could be the activity for you.
The instructors will give you an introduction to using the paddle board - it’s not as easy as you think! - before you launch onto the water. Tranquilly paddling down the river, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of this peaceful area and the local wildlife. Be prepared to get wet, though, because you’re bound to fall in once or twice. Finish off with paddle board headstands or bridge jumping (optional)!
The activity lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours (dependent on group size) and there are flexible start times available.
