Improve your surfingand build on foundations gained in previous beginner sessions in Scarborough. You will learn large variety of techniques and special exercises to take your surfing to the next level. 1-1 classes and small groups are available
The lessons are taught by Andy, the head instructor. With 10 years of surfing behind him and 25 years of teaching experience as the English Olympic Kickboxing team coach, he loves imparting his knowledge of surfing and the ocean to all students. As one of only a very small handful of ISA level 2 instructors in Europe, his credentials and wealth of experience really do stack up.

Dexters has multiple changing rooms and hot showers. There is a huge range of hardware, accessories & clothing from leading surf brands. Dexters is the First and only surf school in the area to be granted academy status, after passing stringent criteria, they can teach students and instructors. This leading surf school & hire centre, is run by a professional team and headed up by Andy Desa The North of England’s Olympic ISA Level 2 Surf Coach. They provide expert tuition and support all year round, starting from 5 years to 75. Accredited by Surfing England the UK’s National Governing Body, all conscientious instructors are qualified.
