Handmade in Lancashire:

All cheeses are handmade in the family Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide the milk. The goat's milk comes from just down the road from the dairy. LGE believe Lancashire and the surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of the cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of the wonderful team of cheesemakers.
