Jet Ski Safari in Scarborough is exhilarating fun out on the Yorkshire coast. Under expert guidance you can choose from;
- Ultimate safari - cover 15-20 miles
- Mini Safari -10-12 miles
Enjoy some of the best coastal scenery in Yorkshire on the latest Seadoo jet ski. The safari experience gives you all the benefits of Jet Ski hire with one of our friendly Jet Ski instructors to show you the sights of the East Coast, departing from North Bay beach in Scarborough. No previous experience is required to take part in the Mini Jet Ski Safari, and all necessary equipment is provided.
You will see secluded beaches, remote coves and ride around dramatic cliffs and you may also be lucky enough to spot some of our local wildlife including seals, sunfish, puffins and more! Each time the Jet Ski instructors take to the water they try to offer you something different! As the coastline is forever changing, so are the sea conditions. Whether this is your first Jet Ski Safari or the 100th time when you take to the water with us, be sure to expect something new and exciting!

The jet ski safari is a new edition in March 2019, if you are heading up the coast, you will see iconic beaches such as Jacksons Bay from a unique perspective. If heading down the coast on a Jet Ski Safari you will pass by Filey beach and Cayton Bay. You may even get the “best of both worlds” and see a selection of amazing beaches both north and south of Scarborough. Operating from the heart of Scarborough’s surfing scene, Dexter’s provides lessons & hire for surfing Kayaking & Stand up Paddle boarding, operating on the North Bay Beach. Dexters has multiple changing rooms and hot showers. There is a huge range of hardware, accessories & clothing from leading surf brands. Dexters is the First and only surf school in the area to be granted academy status, after passing stringent criteria, they can teach students and instructors. This leading surf school & hire centre, is run by a professional team and headed up by Andy Desa The North of England’s Olympic ISA Level 2 Surf Coach. They provide expert tuition and support all year round, starting from 5 years to 75. Accredited by Surfing England the UK’s National Governing Body, all conscientious instructors are qualified. The school provides everything else you need to have fun in the sea. They have free to use showers, private changing rooms and lockers on site.
