Fresh Colourful Pasta Making Workshop

Twiddle was born in 2019 while navigating a busy corporate life with my young daughters, one of whom was a very fussy eater. I have experimented with lots of different dishes and created everything from scratch to help her enjoy food. Involving her in growing vegetables, cooking and baking really helped to grow her appetite and became more willing to try new food. We started making pasta together and I was keen to add nutritious ingredients to the dough, not just the pasta sauces. It was such a great success that she wanted me to teach her friends too. I was soon invited to run a birthday party for a friend’s daughter. More and more bookings followed and I have found myself doing private dinner parties, Rainbow, Guides and Beavers sessions and corporate team building exercises.

Twiddle was a part time adventure until March 2023 when I finally took the step to leave my corporate job as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Team Manager at a global law firm after 15 years of working there. I am super excited to create unique and fun team building experiences for companies of any size and industry.
