As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time during the period which starts on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after the day you purchased the voucher on Luxury Gift Experience.
If you want to cancel your contract you should notify us in the most appropriate way. In such circumstances we’ll refund any voucher that has NOT been redeemed. We will refund the cost of the cancelled voucher if it has not been redeemed on Luxury Gift Experience. The refund will be the cost of the voucher only and will NOT include the cost of the gift box and delivery charges.The request must be withn the 14 day period and and has not been redeemed.
Please note, however, that vouchers, that have been redeemed with the experience provider, then you will then fall under their cancellation policy and terms and conditions of the experience provider.
