All of our cheeses are handmade in our Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide our milk, many of whom are looked after by extended family. Our goat's milk comes from just down the road. We believe Lancashire and our surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of our cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of our wonderful team of cheesemakers.
